This night American Idol takes the season 9 Top 12 contestants to a bigger stage and let them render their own interpretation on a Rolling Stone themed night. This sounds very interesting, and the result as expected is great, so far. Well, I got my eyes only on two contestants and they didn’t disappoint. Siobhan and Crystal. These girls were like season 7′s “david-vs-david” finale, but everything is still in the air…

Tonight is a tight episode and once again a competition among the girls. I didn’t notice the guys, LOL! But seriously, it was a good night. All of the contestants fought real hard and deliver the goods! Take for example PAIGE MILES or KATIE STEVENS, both were skeptics favorite to ruin the night but actually also did a good job. Even AARON KELLY did his own thing with “Angie”.

Regarding the highlight… well, I think this night belongs to SIOBHAN MAGNUS. Her rendition of “Paint it Black” hits the biggest note! No other contestant this season can hold a candle singing that kind of range. It even reminds me of Adam Lambert. Amazing!

Another good stuff happening is of course, “You Can’t Always Get What You Want” by CRYSTAL BOWERSOX. It was so good, but I don’t know, I think it lacks something. Or is it maybe because I am expecting too much from Crystal since I always expect her to be the ‘greatest performer’ in this season.
