Last week, there’s no elimination going on. Instead, we got the save option being use by the judges to Big Mike. This night, American Idol aired their Elvis Presley themed night with Adam Lambert mentoring. You may say, Elvis songs are easy to sing? Well, say that again because even these guys can’t do it right. Hopefully the frontrunners will still do it right, so let’s get on the show…

CRYSTAL BOWERSOX did ‘Saved’. Quite ironic singing that song since Big Mike just got saved by the judges last week. Anyways, this is another dominating performance from Crystal Bowersox. If not for midnight train to georgia, she can already be proud of her flawless performance nights in American Idol. The only bad thing about this performance is those pair of earrings were superflous, wow!

ANDREW GARCIA came up next. This guy takes some ‘talk’ with Adam Lambert and I like how Adam mentored these contestants. So Garcia did ‘Hound Dog’ and well, that’s just a failure. I thought it will be okay at first, but to no avail. Garcia is just so boring to watch or listen to, sorry folks.

TIM URBAN did “Can’t Help Falling in Love With You”. That was okay, not good not bad. Everything stays in the level that Tim already engraved in this show. Not bad, I think this guy got himself some progression. As what Simon has to say: “You went from zero-to-hero in two weeks.” Maybe vote for the worst will now focus to some other contestants, LOL!

LEE DEWYZE is here to stay in the competition, nuff said! Great vocals, maybe great vocals of the night for me. This guy will soon gather more attention!

AARON KELLY did “Blue Suede Shoes” and that’s forgettable, too bad!

SIOBHAN MAGNUS is singing “Suspicious Minds” I’ve no idea what comes inside Siobhan’s head since I expect a lot from her. I suppose that she should be the one taking more benefits in this night with Adam Lambert but that’s not what happened tonight. Tsk!

MICHAEL LYNCHE is next and I don’t know if that’s a network trouble or what?! I think the song was cut and the criticisms were also cut??? Mike did “In the Ghetto”, it was a sincere performance but base on what I saw, something’s going on that I’ve no idea it is there, heh!

KATIE STEVENS is up next. She’s just there. I think Katie is the kind of contestants that is in there but you can’t notice that they’re in there. It’s a good performance tonight, but I don’t think I will remember that (just like all of her previous performance).

CASEY JAMES, good looking guy… but the singing? Well, Casey rocks the stage with “Trouble.” He’s doing pretty well with that solid performance. Kara’s ‘advise’ is superfluous and not needed, but anyway…
