American Idol Season 10: Episode 16 – Mar/09/2011 (Top 13 Perform) Last week, while some of you enjoyed that elimination process, it was indeed a big pain for each contestants to undergo and being axed in the show like that. So tonight, you weigh your Top 13 and while I keep guessing on what songs these remaining Top 13 will be singing, I still don’t have any idea if there’s gonna be an upcoming Aerosmith Night in this season! There there now… maybe you don’t have any idea that this episode is pre-taped? Oh yeah, sure, I’m reading a lot from somewhere else too and I’ve also read Nigel Lythgoe tweeted this: “We are pre-taping for 2 weeks as we have a new Director & new judges. It has nothing to do with manipulation you morons.” Anyways, the elimination night will always be live (I think) and when can I see a live broadcast? Just curious how will James Durbin bring Metal to the masses. Bring on some King Diamond songs in American Idol if you really have the guts, haha…

It’s funny how Pia Toscano wanted to beat her last week’s performance and did a big song! Don’t count it out, but Pia Toscano nailed it right once again and she’s really my favorite in this season. Although, you can’t help yourself comparing this one with that “other girl” singing this song and doing it twice better outside Idol, lol. On the guys… well, my pick goes to James Durbin. The performance is really good but hey, what’s so “Metal” in that Paul McCartney song? Versatility? Sure…
