Alright everyone… Happy New Year! I suppose that all of you already knew that the 10th Season of American Idol is already in the four corners of this month. Yup, brace yourselves American Idol die-hard fans and die-hard foes because the show could be starting any minute as we speak! Nah, I’m exaggerating but guess what… this 10th Season really got a lot of surprises for us! I wouldn’t bother talking about the new judges since they are almost the talk of the town now, but any of you familiar with Rickey Minor?? I’m guessing that you always hear his name when Ryan Seacrest always mention that name at the end of the show like: “thanks to Rickey Minor and the band”…

However though, looks like that Rickey Minor already left the band and now is the band leader of “The Tonight’s Show”. Yeah, no one knows it since he is not that “special” to the audience but his contribution to the show is there. Anyway, talking about replacement: there’s a new guy and his name is Ray Chew.

The new name is not new to the industry at all. Ray Chew has worked with the industry’s big wigs like Aretha Franklin, Rihanna, and Alicia Keys. Other than that, his detailed resume is too tiring to type in here since they are long enough to cover that American Idol stage, lol.

Anyway, yeah… TOO MANY CHANGES! A lot is happening behind the scene in this season. Hopefully they can still pull it off! Looks like the staff is doing all their best to make people forget Simon Cowell. However, I doubt that will ever happen.
