This song is called “A Funny Thing About Love”. Lauren Alaina also noticed that the sign has already agreed to appear on his next album. So after winning American Idol Season 10, Scotty McCreery and Lauren Alaina are both sailing into stardom – FOR NOW! Wow, I can’t believe people’s shortened memory on this one. We’ve seen this before and we’re seeing it once again. Anyways, Scotty and Lauren will be presenting an award or maybe they’re attending the CMT Music Awards 2011. There will be a boatload of celebrities attending in there so I hope that our newly crowned American Idol (and Idol runner up) will take themselves seriously! Other presentors are Sheryl Crow, Train, Kristin Chenoweth, and Hines Ward. This will be airing by 8th of June 2011 at 8PM. On other news, it is also reported that Scotty McCreery and Lauren Alaina gets signed by Mercury Nashville Records. Let’s see what will the future brings to both of them. Yup, all these Idol winners gets signed as easy as 1-2-3 then later will be dropped as easy as 1-2-3 too. In the long run, getting signed after the show is just an obligation. Last night on American Idol, Stefano Langone strikes back and wow, that was HOT! Given that last night’s finale is no doubt to be one (if not the most) boring finale ever happened in this show. Steven Tyler performing before Seacrest announced the results, and Stefano Langone’s high pitched voice while rendering Tom Jone’s “Kiss” stands out from the rest of all those worthless fillers scattering here and there! No Idol Gives Back, No Barack Obama, the celebrity guests were all lousy, and even those booty shaking from JLo and Beyonce can’t salvage this ending of Season 10. Steven Tyler singing “Dream On” two minutes before the show ends simply immortalized him in front of 5 million audience that he is indeed a Rock n Roll Legend! Too bad, no Aerosmith in there and speaking of bands, Judas Priest performed with James Durbin!!! I am very sorry to say this but that performance is a complete disgrace! What an awkward moment of the night! Halford looks forced and uncomfortable singing with this guy – hell, Priest really looked stupid that night too, lol! American Idol ain’t about Metal, accept it!

American Idol creator, Simon Fuller, gets honored and now is having his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. This happens last 23rd of May 2011. Of course, American Idol family is there, past and present, alums and losers, etc to join the celebration. American Idol Season 10′s Top 13 were in there with other notable American Idol champs like Carrie Underwood (most successful American Idol champ), Kris Allen, and David Cook. Victoria Beckham was also in there. Maybe because she’s a guest judge last season (season 9). Simon Fuller is posing here and there. Lucky Season 10 finalists were able to attend such a “prestigious event”. Yeah, it’s great being a contestant in here. After America get rid of the growling Haley Reinhart, it all finally gets down to the bubble gum chewing Scotty McCreery and the ever boring Lauren Alaina. I don’t know about this, but I just think that this is one (if not the most) boring finale ever on American Idol. This 10th season is a complete wreckage itself! From the judges, to the so-called shocking eliminations, and now the last two contestants standing were 16 year olds and almost in the same genre. American Idol Season 10 might be the best season to some, while it is the worst to others. I’m the one who thinks in between. I’m having high hopes that this will be the best season when they’ve just announced the judges back then, but now all my hopes were wasted and yeah, I’m now staying in between. If you still care about it, they’ve just announced their Summer 2011 Tour Dates where you can watch a bunch of train wrecks live in your hometown. This time, you are paying to see them. Last year’s tour is a flop (that’s what I’ve read) and too bad we’re having Didi Benami, Crystal Bowersox, and Siobhan Magnus on that supposed to be solid line up. This one? I’m not sure who will carry the team. Scotty McCreery or James Durbin maybe? High screamings vs deep baritone voice and both were guys. Male contestants were the life and blood of this show nowadays, so maybe this will sell a little. Tour Dates are listed below.
