This is not the first that happens on American Idol, so make sure you’re of ‘clean record’ before auditioning. It wouldn’t be right if you got a chance to be a part of the show but later be forfeited just because of the non-sense you’ve done in the past. This is what happens with Danielle Hayes. If you’ve catch her audition, she wowed the judges including Simon Cowell who actually said that ‘she needed a break’. She’s been booted out of the show for there are too many criminal records being attached to her name. That includes possession of marijuana, DUI, threatening to kill her mother, and vandalism.
Hayes was was turned away before the start of Hollywood Week. This isn’t the first case, but should the staff still broadcast auditions of contestants with a criminal record? People expect these folks in Hollywood Week and they’re not there…
