No idea if this is right or it might harm the show or what, but guess again kuz in the next season, there’s a new age limit on American Idol: it starts from 15 years old!! That’s right! Fox lowered the age eligibility to audition for the next season, Season 10 that is. Still, maximum to audition is 28 years old. I hope they wouldn’t extend the maximum age to 45, lol!

Cecile Frot-Coutaz, the shows executive producer said that “a lot of young, talented people are now seeking careers and representation before they turn 16.”, fine by me! Hope this doesn’t turn out to some “kiddie contest”.

Next season’s audition will start by July 17 in Nashville, Tenn. Prepare yourselves! Of course, the gang will be dropping by on other states like Milwaukee, New Orleans, San Francisco, East Rutherford, N.J., and Austin, Texas.

The question is, how does it feel being beaten by a 15 year old in the finale? You’re 27 and got beaten by a 15 year old because a lot of teenage girls likes him (eventhough he can’t sing?). This is nothing but priceless!! I’m looking forward on THE NEXT AMERICAN IDOL!!
